Our Project Management Consultancy service combines the complete Design & Engineering scope with independent execution oversight. We act as the owner’s engineer, coordinating designers, EPC contractors, equipment suppliers and site teams so that the project is delivered in line with approved technical, commercial and schedule requirements.
The assignment covers vendor identification, technical bid evaluation, commercial comparison, drawing review and approval, procurement tracking and interface management. A dedicated site engineer supports day-to-day coordination, backed by process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil specialists whenever required.
During construction, we monitor quality, HSE, progress, cost, risks, changes and contractor performance. Our support continues through pre-commissioning, dry and wet commissioning, troubleshooting and performance testing.
